OVERVIEW

The EDGE Pro control and image processing system is available on manual and automatic CNC units. The integrated database allows managing components, tools, tool lists, zero points and adapters.

With a CNC unit, the simple interface on EDGE Pro allows you to measure all your tools automatically.

It includes all of the EDGE software functions as well as many others.

SELF-TEACH PROGRAM

The EDGE Pro integrated self-teach functions allow for the simple, complete and intuitive programming of complex tools, as well as the output of a detailed and customizable test report.

3D PROFILE REPRODUCTION

Automatic measurement and 3D reproduction of the measured features

DATABASE

The database allows cataloguing tool lists, tool groups, origins and adapters as well as single components.

 

POST PROCESSOR

The integrated Post Processor allows generating and transfering the offset files for single measured tools automatically toward the numeric controls through network connection, FTP server, USB device etc. to eliminate any chance of error.
